Description
Our introductory coaching program is ideal for individuals or couples who want more out of their situation but are unsure how to get there, or who need an injection of enthusiasm and guidance each month.
Program includes:
– A 1-hour strategy and goal-setting session (face-to-face or by phone) every other week
– Up to 2 hours per month of individualized homework, situation review, and strategy development
Focus areas: relationships, communication, work-life balance, nutrition, goal-setting, time management, confidence, stress reduction, productivity, and fulfillment.
